Melissa and Rex put together such a great wedding for themselves and their families. The proximity to Wallace Falls made for a wooded and scenic retreat in the shadows of the North Cascades near the town of Gold Bar, WA.
The cabin is quite large and accommodated most of their immediate family and hosted the entire event amply. Full of taxidermied critters and other woodland details as well as a log support beam covered in hearts and inscriptions from weddings past. This lodge is full of good vibes and great memories.
Lots of little details and a lot of thought went into their decor as well as their refreshments. Melissa and Rex brewed their own beers at Station U Brew in Puyallup. They brought in a really great food truck from Seattle. Specialty themed cocktails of course an awesome Volkswagen photo booth!
The party lasted into the night against the glow of tiki torches and firelight.
