A Meadowbrook Farm Wedding in North Bend, Washington
Any wedding that involves dogs is going to be a good wedding. I can confidently say Liz and Justin’s celebration at Meadowbrook Farm was one I’ll always remember. Liz and Justin said their vows in the shadow of Mt. Si with their family, friends and their furry one Riley.
North Bend is a beautiful area to have a wedding, you’re surrounded by mountains, trees and a rural vibe that lends itself to the surroundings. Meadowbrook Farm in North Bend, Washington is a beautiful wedding venue situated on a large plot of acreage that used to be the largest hop field in the world at one point. There are hop vines growing in a few spots around the farm house building that hold on to that little bit of history.
Liz and her Bridesmaids got ready at the W Hotel in Bellevue and then traveled to North Bend from there. Justin and his Groomsmen prepped on site, Justin serves in the Army and he wore a pair of American flag socks to show off a little bit of pride. Liz opted to have one of Justin’s name patches from his uniform sewed into her dress, she also added a patch of flannel from an old shirt that belonged to her Father who is no longer with us. The ceremony was heartfelt and sweet. Their dog Riley was their ring bearer and he did as good a job as one could expect from a goofy Golden Retriever. Dinner was burgers catered by Stacks Burgers food truck and they had some killer krinkle cut fries. Hearty laughs were abundant during the speeches and a joyful refrain was held during their first dance. Later on everyone cut loose and got down on the dancefloor.
